Act Fast
The sooner you address a stain, the easier it will be to remove. Letting stains sit allows them to set into the fabric, making them harder to treat.

Know Your Tools
Keep these essential items handy for quick stain removal:
White Vinegar: Great for coffee, tea, and mild stains.
Baking Soda: Perfect for neutralizing odours and treating grease or sweat stains.
Dishwashing Liquid: A must-have for tackling oil and grease stains.
Hydrogen Peroxide: Effective for stubborn stains like blood or red wine (use on light-coloured fabrics only).
Test First
Before using any product, test it on a hidden area of the fabric to ensure it won’t cause discolouration or damage.
Avoid Heat
Heat can set stains permanently. Always treat the stain before washing or drying the garment, and avoid ironing stained areas.
Basic Technique
Blot, Don’t Rub: Gently blot the stain with a clean cloth to lift as much as possible without spreading it.
Rinse with Cold Water: For most stains, running cold water over the back of the stain helps flush it out.
